Zissy’s Kitchen started the way most good things do — with a tray of cookies for someone else’s simcha. Word travelled, the orders kept coming, and the kitchen in Lakewood has been busy ever since.

Everything is mixed, baked, iced and boxed by hand. Nothing is outsourced and nothing sits in a freezer waiting for a buyer. That’s the whole reason each item carries its own notice period: the calendar only holds as many orders as one person can do beautifully.
